Where does Mini Petals deliver to?

Our flowers are personally hand delivered to Waihi, Waihi Beach, Athenree and Katikati addresses. Most of the time, we provide Free Delivery (excluding add on gifts).

Rural Addresses in Waihi, Waikino, Karangahake and Katikati (as far as Matahui Road & Lockington Road, Aongatete) are an additional charge added at check out. At present we do not offer personal delivery to areas further afield at this time. If you are unsure whether or not we deliver to your area, or are just outside one of our areas, please give us a call on 022 477 0255.

Arrangements are normally delivered between 12pm and 4pm daily with the exception of extremely busy days. All flowers are delivered by 5pm.

Courier Service
We do not personally deliver outside of the Bay of Plenty due to the risk with courier systems. However, we can recommend other florists throughout New Zealand.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

We personally deliver our flowers to ensure the flowers are received in the same condition as when they left the studio. If no one is home we will try to leave flowers in a safe, cool place away from pets and the elements.

In the event of terrible weather or no safe place to leave them, we will keep them safe and contact you (the sender) to arrange a re-delivery. Please note that there is a re-delivery fee charged for this service so we ask that you try to choose a date where someone is likely to be home. Also note that cupcakes/cakes cannot be left unattended as they need to be kept in the fridge. 

How will my flowers be packaged?

Your flowers will arrive presented in a wrap, vase, crate or box as requested in your order. Bouquets will be delivered wrapped in a flower-food saturated tissue to keep the flowers at their best until the recipient arrives home.

What if I need to change something?
If you’ve discovered that you need to update a card message, a delivery address or any other details, please call us as soon as you can or email us at hello@minipetals.com with your order number. 

When will my flowers be delivered?

We will deliver your flowers on the date specified on your online order. If no date is specified, we will do our best to have it delivered the same day. If ordering online, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received via the website.

I only know the business name, not the address - what can I do?

Usually, we can find the address for you. If you are ordering online we will phone you if we are also unable to find the address.

I have missed the same day cut off, Can you still deliver?

There is a chance we can still deliver! Rather than placing an online order – please phone us: 022-477-0255 or 0800 PETALS. Our same day cutoff is currently 10:30am.

Collecting orders:

You order can be collected from our studio in Waihi Beach. As we open by appointment only please phone us or email us with your order details so we can ensure the flowers are ready before you arrive.

If you are placing an order online and wish to collect - you will need to use our address (Beach Road, Waihi Beach 3611) at check out . Our website does not allow delivery addresses outside our delivery areas. 

Same Day Delivery:

All orders received by 10:30am will be delivered on the same day by 5pm. We can make same-day deliveries to Katikati, Athenree, Bowentown, Waihi Beach, Waihi.
