What happens if no one is home?

We personally deliver our flowers to ensure the flowers are received in the same condition as when they left the studio. If no one is home it will be left in a sheltered area away from the elements and any pets! We will leave a note where to find the flowers in their letterbox.

How will they arrive?

Your flowers will arrive presented in a wrap, vase or box as requested in your order. Bouquets will be delivered wrapped in a flower-food saturated tissue to keep the flowers at their best until the recipient arrives home.

When will my flowers be delivered?

We will deliver your flowers on the date specified on your online order. If no date is specified, we will do our best to have it delivered the same day. If ordering online, we will send you a confirmation email once your order has been received via the website.

I only know the business name, not the address - what can I do?

Usually, we can find the address for you. If you are ordering online, we will phone you if we are also unable to find the address.

How will my flowers be packaged?

Your flowers arrive in a plastic pack filled with water. This water has specialist flower food added to ensure the flowers last longer.

I have missed the same day cut off, Can you still deliver?

There is a chance we can still deliver! Rather than placing an online order – please phone us: 0226188165 or 0800 PETALS

Collecting orders.

Yes, orders can be collected from our studio in Waihi Beach. As we open by appointment only please phone us with your order so we can ensure the flowers are ready before you arrive.

Same Day Delivery.

All orders received by 12 midday will be delivered on the same day by 4 pm. We can make same-day deliveries to Aongatete, Katikati, Athenree, Bowentown, Waihi Beach and Waihi.
