FRESH FLOWER ORDERS & SATISFACTION

Ultimately, our goal is for our customers to have complete satisfaction throughout their Mini Petals experience. If you are not satisfied with our service or design, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss.

While we always order in fresh flowers from local growers, some varieties of flowers have a shorter shelf life than others. We promise to do our best and to always use the freshest flowers in our arrangements. That being said, flowers are perishable and should be cared for with love and attention. Your flowers should last 5-10 days depending on how much love you give them. No responsibility is taken if flowers have been mistreated in any way after delivery.

We are unable to offer a replacement if incorrect delivery information is provided to us. It is the sender's responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions. If you wish to have the order re-delivered to the correct address, this will be at an additional fee.

All images shown in our product catalogue are a guide only and we will endeavour to match your chosen colour palette with the seasonal flowers available at the time of order.

PRESERVED FLOWER SHIPPING T'S & C'S

Due to the fragile nature of dried and preserved flowers and foliage, it is to be expected that during the shipping process there may be some shedding.

By purchasing a preserved arrangement & paying for shipping you acknowledge that the courier is a third party delivery service. We do not cover any loss, damages, costs or expenses related to courier delivery service once collected from our premises. We do our very best to package safely and securely and can provide all courier updates to you. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

All images and content in the website remain the property of Mini Petals Florist. Anyone may utilise the material featured on the website free of charge and without permission provided that the source of the material is acknowledged.
