RETURNS & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Ultimately, our goal is for our customers to have complete satisfaction throughout their Mini Petals experience. If you are not satisfied with our service or design, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to discuss. 

While we always order in fresh flowers from local growers, some varieties of flowers have a shorter shelf life than others. We promise to do our best and to always use the freshest flowers in our arrangements. That being said, flowers are perishable and should be cared for with love and attention. Your flowers should last 5-10 days depending on how much love you give them. No responsibility is taken if flowers have been mistreated in any way after delivery. 

 

CANCELLATIONS & INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Mini Petals cannot cancel any order that has already been made up. If the cancellation request is made prior to the order being made up Mini Petals will accept cancellation and provide a full refund. This refund will be processed via our payment provider and can take 3-5 working days. 

We are unable to offer a replacement if incorrect delivery information is provided to us. It is the sender's responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions. If you wish to have the order re-delivered to the correct address, this will be at an additional fee.
